Sometimes someone comes into your life that changes the way you think, the way you feel, the way you look at the world. Suddenly life has direction and purpose.
When that person is gone, you are left without a compass. You are in uncharted territory, and have to find your own way home.
Sometimes it can lead to wonderful new discoveries, other times just deeper into the unknown. Lost.
In the darkness without a guide is usually where we discover the most about ourselves. I’m often asked why I don’t do much art when I am happy or even content. My reply – I don’t need too.
So now I’m left to create.


Other than being a basically melancholy and unsocial person what have I been up too?
I just finished my first short story for a new comic/prose magazine. I’ve only written plays and screenplays before so this was a really cool endeavor. Its a zombie story (which I think are a little over done at the moment- but hey not everyone wants their undead to “sparkle”
And I’m directing HighSchool Musical- how surreal is my life?
